Needle lace is being made in many parts of Anatolia for centuries. Today, needle lace lost its social importance. Lace boxes and drawers seem to hide and protect these cultural values. This documentary describes the journey of the “Turkish lace” from past to present, its socio-economic and cultural value as well as the social importance of its language.
